• Basic Catalogue, the so-called "Old Catalogue" of books published through 1949. Currently only accessible via computer in the scanned version. Basic Catalogue, the so-called "Old Catalogue" of journals is available in old building, rm. 116.
• Public Catalogue (cards are arranged alphabetically) of books and serials printed in the years 1950–1993 and journals published since 1950; selected earlier publications.
• The catalogue is accessible from the new building, rm. 116a or from the old building, rm. 107.
• Classified Catalogue containing information about collections published in the years 1939-1993.
• Cards are arranged according to the main division of knowledge, and within each area according to specific issues. Available in old building, rm. 107.
• Subject Catalogue of Polish literature published in the years 1950–1993.
• Cards are arranged by subject heading. Available in old building, rm. 107.
• Card catalogues for individual special collections are located in the corresponding departments
